NCE's civil engineering services include preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for infrastructure projects. We are very familiar with assisting agencies in preliminary planning and establishing capital improvement plans utilizing asset management tools (pavement management, GIS), then delivery of projects (PS&E), and services during construction including full service construction management.
Docks Area Development Promenade/Parkway and Infrastructure Assessment – Downtown Sacramento Riverfront
NCE is currently under contract with the City of Sacramento, Downtown Development Group to design the promenade and parkway along the Sacramento River from Embassy Suites south to Miller Park. The project includes hard and soft landscape elements including concrete walkways, overlooks, and parks for public use, as well as relocation of railroad tracks and design of grade crossings.
