California Statewide Roads & Streets Assessment

The statewide needs assessment study of 536 cities and counties in California includes over 137,000 miles of local streets and roads--over 80 percent of the state’s publicly maintained roadways. This research will provide answers to many questions facing municipal planners about the present condition of their roadways and the costs associated with improving and maintaining their assets in the future.

Crystal Bay Water Quality Improvement Project EIP #668A

The project includes coordination and design of a comprehensive erosion control and water quality improvement project within the residential sub-division to restore and retrofit the existing drainage improvements along the County Road Rights-of-Way within the watershed.

Long Term Pavement Performance Western Regional Support Contract

NCE is the prime contractor and Western Regional Support Contractor for monitoring more than 500 LTPP experimental test sections located in 12 western states, British Columbia, and Alberta, Canada. The data is processed and entered into the LTPP Regional Information Management Systems (RIMS) for further quality control checks, then uploaded to the LTPP National Information Management System (NIMS) for distribution to the public.
