We are happy to announce that Emily Pullman has joined NCE as a Senior Biologist in our Richmond office. Emily has a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from U.C. Santa Cruz. She is a key member of our growing Biological and Aquatic Resources service lines in our Environmental Practice in Northern California. Emily has significant experience in regulatory permitting, permit compliance, and conducting technical studies for biological resources, including aquatic resources and special-status plant and wildlife species, for both private and public sector clients.
