Senior Marketing Coordinator
Senior Marketing Coordinator

Purpose: Manages and/or performs all aspects of proposal writing with the ability to shift priorities, while maintaining attention to detail under high pressure in order to meet production deadlines.

Reporting Relationship: Reports directly to proposal manager

Typical Responsibilities:
– Analyze solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, QBSs, Bids, etc.) and/or client requirements to develop proposal strategy
– Monitor all amendments and modifications to the solicitation(s)
– Acquire or verify knowledge of subject by interviewing employees engaged in developing responses for services and referring to sketches, engineering drawings, construction plans, and notes
– Work collaboratively with proposal stakeholders to develop and document technical and management solutions for large-scale and small-scale federal, public, and private proposals
– Manage all aspects of proposal development from receipt of proposal/bid requirements through delivery of proposal/bid submittal
– Prepare and manage detailed proposal plans, schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices; consistently and clearly communicating deadlines and draft review expectations to other departments, teaming partners, and subcontractors; and create and maintain Outlook invitations for proposal status reviews and other proposal milestones
– Coordinate proposal writing assignments with the proposal team members, including page estimates, win themes, and proposal templates
– Provide knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the technical field with excellent technical writing skills in such areas as engineering design, value engineering, project management, program management, and construction management
– Manage proposal versions and quality control to ensure that all proposals meet high standards for submittal, in coordination with the Legal and Design Section departments
– Lead proposal-related meetings, including kick-off meetings, fee strategy meetings, project approach/methodology meetings, and proposal status reviews
– Design graphics for proposal, qualification package, presentation, leave-behind collateral, and advertisements
– Coordinate and support production of proposal submissions, both electronic and paper versions
-Build strong partnerships and successful cross-department relationships with Technical, Legal, Accounting, Human Resources, and Executive Management teams
– Communicate proposal-related requirements and status with Senior and Executive Management, as appropriate
– Obtain feedback from projects for “lessons learned” to incorporate in future proposals
– Manage and update the internet, intranet (employee portal), and social media sites
– Prepare award submittals and event coordination
– Coordinate marketing efforts with a diverse group of project managers for pursuit success

Position Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
– Registrations/Certifications: CPSM or similar designation preferred
– Minimum 5 years of comparable professional experience working within the A/E industry providing marketing, communications, business development, or a related field
– Intensive and diversified knowledge of marketing and proposal principles in the coordination and production of proposals, presentations, and other business development/marketing materials

NCE is actively recruiting for a Construction Inspector to support our company public works projects in Nevada. We are looking for a dynamic person who can shift priorities, while maintaining attention to detail. The selected candidate must have the ability to supervise, manage and inspect public works construction projects to ensure contractor’s work conforms to project specifications.
The selected candidate must be driven, collaborative, and one who can work with a diverse team of employees, contractors and public work entities; must be able to clearly communicate, prepare, and manage detailed records; must have the ability to keep daily records of instructions and directions given to contractor’s regarding plan and specifications and any required change orders.
This position will support public work projects performing outdoor field work and inspection. Position responsibilities will include:
•  Conduct construction inspections, review, and contractor pay requests
•  Assign, monitor, and coordinate field work
• Coordinate with independent testing lab any materials required for project specifications and verifying quantities for payment
• Coordinate construction activities with residents, utility companies and other agencies for public safety
• Responsible for the management of ADA ramp, sidewalk, and curb and gutter replacement, trip hazard and road cut programs
• Inspects and performs oversight on other agencies, utility companies and contractors working within City boundaries and City right-of way to ensure public safety and ensure protection of City facilities
• Review and approve traffic control plans and coordinates road closures with emergency services, city departments and other agencies to maintain traffic flow
• Keep daily record of change orders to meet project specifications
• May make final construction related decisions
• Answer technical questions and provide information to public and other agencies
• Perform related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate should:
• Possess a high school diploma and four (4) years of experience in public works construction or any equivalent combination of education and experience
• Have considerable knowledge of public works construction management and inspection projects
• Be able to read and interpret plans and specifications and follow written and oral instructions
• Have the ability to use computer software
• Have a valid Driver’s License
